Our team of 5 is made up of people with many years of experience in the world of digital Recruiting / Talent Acquisition and HR Consulting.

Your duties:

  • As a digital Consultant (m/f/d) you will consult and help startups in growth phases in the field of HR and talent acquisition.
  • With your market expertise and industry /business knowledge, you advise the c-level, Hiring Manager and HR departments to improve their talent acquisition process.
  • You know the best and latest techniques for identifying and adressing potential talents via active sourcing, you know how to build a candidate network or setting up referal stragegies.
  • You love data, combine them with HR and put them in perspective to make significant improvement in performances.
  • You know how to handle multiple projects and use effective tools.
  • You know how to handle clients and communicate with them. You understand their perspective.
