I started my career in sales because I love the feeling of inner satisfaction when sales skyrocket. During this time, I realized that revenue in any business is often skyrocketed when the right talent meets the right opportunity or the right talent is matched to the right level. Hence, this becomes my biggest motivation as a talent scout and recruiter. I believe in self-development and am always eager to learn. I'm a fan of good music, so in my free time I like to write songs and play the guitar.
